Upcoming Workshops
Listening to the Cycle: Herbal Support for Women’s Fertile Years
This class is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms through plant medicine, education, and compassionate self-listening.
Together, we will explore gentle, nourishing herbs to support:
• menstrual cycle health
• cramps and heavy or irregular bleeding
• PMS and mood shifts
• fertility and hormonal balance
• stress, depletion, and emotional well-being
We will also spend time learning what a healthy menstrual cycle looks like, how the body moves through the different phases of each month, and how your energy, emotions, and needs naturally shift throughout the cycle.
This gathering is for anyone in their fertile or cycling years (generally ages 18–40), whether or not pregnancy is part of your path, and whether your cycles feel regular, challenging, confusing, or in transition.
You are welcome here if you are:
hoping to conceive
navigating fertility challenges
choosing not to have children
healing your relationship with your body
or simply wanting to understand your cycle more deeply
Together, we’ll learn how to listen to the messages of the body, understand what is normal and what is not, and cultivate a supportive, respectful relationship with your cycle through herbal wisdom.
Come as you are. This is a space for learning, tenderness, and remembering the deep intelligence of your body.
Class fee: $55
