About Me
A woman who walks beside you, guided by the wisdom of the plants and the deep knowing of the body.
Hello, I’m Kirsten Dehmlow — daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong lover of flowers and herbs. Wherever I’ve lived, I’ve always found a little plot of dirt to plant in. The garden has been my sanctuary — and the plants, my teachers.
My path with herbal medicine began quietly during my first pregnancy, when I started collecting books on how herbs could support me and my growing family. But it wasn’t until the summer of 2020 that I began my formal training to become a community herbalist. Since then, my dedication to the healing power of plants — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — has only deepened.
For over 15 years, I have supported women and families as a childbirth educator and labor doula. I spent more than a decade as the Parent Education Coordinator at a Denver hospital, where I had the honor of walking with many women through the thresholds of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
What I’ve come to understand is this:
Women don’t just need information. We need to feel seen, heard, and deeply nourished.
We need spaces where we can show up in the messy middle — not just when we’ve figured it all out.
We need herbs, yes — but also rhythm, rest, and ritual.
We need community. And we need to remember that we are not alone.
Today, my work weaves together herbalism, Maya Abdominal Therapy, energy healing, and education to support women through all of life’s sacred transitions: from first bleed to menopause, from burnout to reconnection, from surviving to thriving.
What I Offer
One-on-One Herbal Consultations — personalized support for hormonal balance, digestion, emotional wellness, and sleep
Energy & Body Healing — Maya Abdominal Therapy, Reiki, and intuitive touch to help you reconnect with your center
Classes & Circles — nourishing community spaces where we learn, share, and remember together
Handcrafted Herbal Products — teas, tinctures, salves, and oils created with care and intention
A Few More Things About Me
I’m passionate about helping women remember their way home to themselves
I root my work in earth-based wisdom, Celtic rhythms, and the cycles of the seasons
I believe in the healing power of slowness, presence, and plants
I believe you are not too much, and you are not too late
And I would be honored to walk beside you
Let’s Connect

Why “Under the Linden Tree”?
We moved into our home in Centennial, CO in 2001. One of my favorite things about the home was the mature trees on the property. Right outside the back door stands a truly majestic Linden Tree - its strong branches and heart shaped leaves have provided our family with much needed shade from the intense Colorado sun and the sweetest scent when in bloom. Many family meals, conversations and laughter take place under our Linden Tree.
As I was beginning my official herbal education I learned that the Linden Tree also known as the Lime Tree, has been used as a folk medicine to ease anxiety, promote sleep, lift the spirit, break a fever and much more. In many cultures, a Linden Tree stands in the center of town to promote health and to be a place to hold business dealings and weddings. My decision to follow my passion and study herbalism was made while sitting under the Linden Tree and naming my business after this magical tree felt so perfect.
