Listening for the First Signs of Illness

The most frequent request I’ve been getting the past few weeks is for herbal support for the immune system. So many people are sick and many are finding themselves getting sick again and again.

How are you doing?
Are you staying healthy?
Do you have go-to remedies for when you feel that tickle at the back of your throat and just know you’re about to come down with something?
How do you support your family when they’re sick?
And how do you keep yourself well when everyone around you is sick?

I was talking with my mentorship group about this recently, and we explored the difference between treating an acute illness and building a strained immune system over time.

We talked about there often being two general patterns:

Group A tends to feel like they’re always getting sick. They may have young children bringing home germs from school or daycare, or they work in environments with constant exposure. They just get over one cold and then, before they fully rebound, they’re sick again.

Group B gets sick occasionally. They seem to have more resilience in their immune system, are able to fight off infections more easily, or simply avoid illness more often.

 Which group do you find yourself in?

Do you need longer-term support to help rebuild and strengthen your immune system?
Or are you mostly needing acute remedies when something comes on?

Do you notice the early signs when your body is starting to get sick?

Beginning herbal support as soon as you feel symptoms coming on—or if you know you’ve been exposed—can make a huge difference.
