Nourish to Flourish: A Spring Oxymel Workshop

  • SoSu Artist Collective 2154 East Commons Avenue Littleton, CO, 80122 United States (map)

Spring is a season of movement, cleansing, and unfurling. After winter’s heaviness, the body often longs for support to awaken digestion, nourish the liver, and invite fresh vitality.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll create a nourishing herbal oxymel—a sweet and tangy folk remedy made with vinegar, honey, and medicinal plants to support gentle detoxification, digestion, and seasonal renewal.

Together we’ll work with spring herbs that help move stagnation, kindle energy, and support us in flourishing. You’ll leave with your own handcrafted oxymel, herbal knowledge for the season, and inspiration for weaving spring plant medicine into daily life.
