One Circle, Six Months, A Journey with the Plants
In 2027, I will be offering just one Essential Herbalism Foundations program, gathering from February through July.
Over these six months, we will move through the changing seasons together, deepening our relationships with the plants, learning to make herbal medicine, and growing in confidence and community.
By bringing everyone together in one circle, my hope is to create an even richer experience of learning, sharing, and supporting one another.
Registration is now open for our only 2027 Essential Herbalism Foundations program!
Program Dates
All gatherings are held on Sundays from 1:00–5:00 pm in Centennial, Colorado.

Your Investment
Program Tuition: $1,000
Materials Fee: $35 per monthly gathering ($210 total), covering the herbal remedies you'll create and take home.
The $35 materials fee is collected at each monthly gathering. If you're unable to attend a gathering, the materials fee still applies and I'll have your herbal preparations ready for you to pick up.
Total investment for the six-month experience: $1,210
How Registration Works
Because this program is a collaboration between two teachers, tuition is divided evenly.
Step One: Reserve Your Place
Pay $500 to Kirsten Dehmlow (Under the Linden Tree) to reserve your place in the Hands-On Herbal Medicine Circles.
If you prefer a payment plan, I offer two payments of $250, payable by cash or Zelle:
First payment: $250 due at registration
Second payment: $250 due at our April 18, 2027 gathering
Step Two: Enroll in Shelley's Online Program
Once your initial payment is received, I'll send you a private registration link to complete your $500 payment directly with Shelley Torgove for the Essential Herbalism Foundations online program.
Your registration is complete once both portions of tuition have been paid.

Continuing Your Herbal Journey
Once you've completed the six-month Essential Herbalism Foundations program, you're always welcome to return and join future Hands-On Herbal Medicine Circles. As a returning student, you'll only pay the $35 materials fee for each gathering you attend.
It's a lovely way to revisit what you've learned, continue making herbal medicine, and stay connected to our growing community.
Learning herbalism is a lifelong journey, and there is always more to discover!
I'm excited to be exploring an Advanced Herbal Medicine Making program for fall 2027. This offering will be designed for students who have completed Essential Herbalism Foundations or a comparable foundational herbal education program and are ready to deepen their medicine-making skills.
More details will be shared as plans unfold.
