Gathering in Community & Strengthening Our Health

In this season, I’m feeling especially grateful for the ways we gather, support one another, and tend our health together. Today, I want to share a few offerings that are rooted in connection, resilience, and gentle care.

Rewriting the Wheel: A Yearlong Women’s Council

Are you longing for something deeper than just another book club?

Alongside Shelley Torgove, Kit Creemer, and J. Cori Anderberg, I am co-facilitating Rewriting the Wheel: A Yearlong Women’s Council — a sacred, year-long journey into womanhood.

Guided by The Women’s Wheel of Life, this free Women’s Council offers space to explore the many expressions of womanhood, connect with the wisdom of the divine feminine, and share meaningful conversation with other women.

We gather via Zoom on the last Sunday of each month, from February 2026 through February 2027.

If you are longing for depth, reflection, and soul-nourishing community, this circle is for you.

Save the Date: Summer Women’s Retreat in Nederland

This summer, Shelley Torgove will be joining us in Colorado for a women’s retreat in Nederland from July 9–12, 2026.

This retreat will be a time to gather in community, spend time on the land, and deepen our relationship with the plants and one another.

More details will be coming soon, and I look forward to sharing more as they unfold.

Building Immune Resilience: Continuing My Herbs for Illness Series

So many women have been sharing that they feel like they are constantly getting sick.

Catching every illness that comes around.
Supporting children who bring home germs from school or daycare.
Feeling run down and depleted.

If this sounds familiar, this may be an invitation to shift from only responding to illness toward gently building immune resilience over time.

Some simple daily practices can make a meaningful difference:

  • Drinking a nourishing herbal tea rich in nutrients and minerals

  • Taking a daily dose of Fire Cider

  • Working with immune-building herbs such as reishi and maitake mushrooms, astragalus, and ginger

These herbs work slowly and steadily, helping the body build deeper reserves rather than offering quick fixes.

Supporting your immune system is an act of long-term care and kindness toward yourself and your family.

If you’re feeling unsure about where to begin, I’m here to support you.

Working Together This Season

Recently, a client shared something with me after a session:

“I feel so nurtured and loved.”

I’ve been holding those words close, because that is always my hope when we sit together one-on-one — that you feel held in your whole self.

Many women come to see me carrying stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, and life transitions, often without much space to set it all down.

These sessions offer a place to slow down and listen — to your body, your nervous system, and your story — weaving together herbal support, gentle bodywork, and deep presence.

If you’ve been feeling tired, tender, or overwhelmed, I currently have openings for one-on-one sessions and would love to walk alongside you.

Learn more about consultations and sessions on my website, or reach out with any questions.
